About
Tyler
Hedrick
Tyler Hedrick is a San Francisco-based tenor and stage actor whose work spans musical theatre, choral performance, and cabaret. Trained at Studio A.C.T., he has brought roles to life at Berkeley Playhouse, The Royal Underground Theater, and Woodminster Summer Musicals, playing roles like Jamie in The Last 5 Years and Baron Elberfeld in The Sound of Music.
A musician at his core, Tyler is an active member of the Coda Conduct a cappella group and has sung with the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus. He approaches every role with the same precision he brings to music, attentive to text, committed to character, and always in service of the story.
Tyler holds a B.S. in Computer Science with a Minor in Music Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and works as an iOS software engineer. When he's not on stage, he spends his time playing Magic the Gathering, relaxing at Dolores Park with friends, or brewing a delicious cup of coffee.
